Welcome to Home Helpers of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky! Our family operated senior care business has the primary goal of ensuring that you—or your loved ones—receive excellent home care. To insure this, we can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our caregivers and home health aides are compassionate, capable, reliable individuals that we would trust to take care of our own family members.  Each caregiver is hand-picked and trained for your specific situation in order to insure the best possible outcome.
Our senior care services can be provided in your home, retirement community, nursing home, assisted living, hospital or rehabilitation center. And, we have no minimum requirements. Whether it’s 1 hour a week, 24-hour support, or something in between, our caregivers will be there!
Why Our Office is Unique

In addition to being a full-service senior home care agency, we promise
every client the following:
  • We will never ask you to sign a contract that guarantees a schedule. You may terminate us at any time for any reason and will owe nothing more than services previously rendered.
  • Our caregivers are managed in a way that encourages accountability for timeliness and quality.
  • We will be accessible to clients, family members and caregivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • We will know all of our clients personally and will always put their interest first.
  • We will take the time to find the best caregiver based on your requirements. She/He will have both the skills to perform the required duties and the personality that will make them a welcome visitor time after time.
  • You will always have the opportunity to meet and approve of the caregiver before they start.
  • We will strive to have a back-up caregiver available in case the primary caregiver is sick or cannot make it.
  • You will always have the final say as to the care plan.
  • We will keep all information confidential and respect your privacy.

“You guys were great to mom. You and your associates made a difference in her life. She lived longer and she was able to do it in her home thanks to you guys.
 – John in Cincinnati

I don't know what we would do without our Home Helpers caregiver.  She gives us peace of mind when we are unable to be with my father-in-law. We trust her completley with him, his money, and his home. The other caregivers are good also. I like the fact that we can change the schedule as needed.  -  Kathy in Silverton

Most of the caregivers have been like family to my aunt.  -  Susie in Mason

“I have been very happy with the people who have assisted in my varied events and activities.  The office staff has responded well in efficiently handling the few difficulties we have had.  -  Jane in Finneytown

My husband is very happy with his Home Helpers caregiver! They get along beautifully!  -  Maxine in Hamilton

I had the recent occasion to hire Home Helpers to care for my father. The people that work for them were caring and diligent. It was a relief to know my father was in good hands.  If I ever have a need for home care again, there is only one person I would call"  -  George in Hamilton

"Eight years ago we learned my wife, Barbara, has a condition that eventually results in loss of small muscle motor skills. This condition has, overtime, severely affected her abilities to speak, move, and eat. She now requires constant companionship. Barbara is, however, fully aware of all that is going on around her. She no longer reads but listens to books on CDs, and loves to watch TV in the evenings.  Home Helpers introduced Vic to us as a caregiver about two and a half years ago.  He is ever responsive to Barbara.  Without comment or urging he thoughtfully helps provide for Barbara's every need. Additionally, he integrates himself into the daily household routine, pitching in on those mundane chores that keep a  household on track.  He has become an integral part of our family. We are grateful to have met and know him."  - Vernon in Mason

"Could not have been any better, very patient, helpful, easy to contact, great communication, and adapted to situations well!  Outstanding! "  -Betsy in Anderson

"Cheerful and very obliging when asked to do whatever our needs have been."  -Mary in Milford

"I was very pleased with the service Home Helpers gave to Barb and me during a very stressful time.  The caring and understanding of our situation and the needs we had were respected, and the flexibility of your staff worked well for us. I found Home Helpers to be an excellent value and a comfort to have in my home.  Your representatives were good people who I would welcome into my home at any time but most especially during the tough time my wife was going through. " -Tom in FT. Thomas

"To a great extent, my satisfaction with Home Helpers stems from the manner in which you conduct operations.  I am especially impressed by your attention to detail, playing by the rules, and being open and fearless about asking for feedback.  Your persona and commitment to quality assurance pushed Home Helpers in the lead when we were evaluating home care agencies.  I would recommend HH to anyone........"  -Linda in Finneytown
