We’ve developed a 6-step process to help you evaluate an investment in Home Helpers.

Step 1 - Request Information

Call us at 1-800-216-4196 or complete our website "Request for Information" form. We’ll mail you an information packet and assign a dedicated Franchise Consultant.

Step 2 - Speak with Us

Step 3 - Attend a Corporate Visit

Home Helpers holds Corporate Visits in Cincinnati, Ohio throughout the year. When you attend a Corporate Visit, you’ll see first-hand the franchise tools you will use to grow and support your business, including examples of our comprehensive marketing, training and support programs. You will also meet members of our Executive Team as well as our Franchise Services Team who will be working with you once you become an owner. It’s an exciting day full of valuable information and a great opportunity to get answers to your questions as you move forward in the qualification process.

NOTE: We DO NOT AWARD franchises at Corporate Visits. You will not be asked to sign or make any franchise purchase commitments during your visit.

Step 4 - Finalize Your Decision

Working with your Franchise Consultant, you make the decision that Home Helpers is the right home care business for you. You review and finalize the Franchise agreements for your territory and pay your franchise fees.

Step 5 - Attend Training

We conduct one full week of training in our Cincinnati, Ohio corporate office that combines both classroom and hands-on operational training. You’ll also meet members of our Franchise Services Team who will be working with you.

Step 6 - Celebrate Your Office Grand Opening

Congratulations! After your initial training is completed, you’ll be prepared to open your new Home Helpers franchise business!
